There are 22 urban and 30 suburban bus lines currently registered in the territory of Banja Luka. There are 9 bus operators that cover 4 line groups entrusted with the operators through a public competition. The operators are: "Autoprevoz", "Bočac-turs", "Central-kompani", "Pavlović-turs", "Rale-turs", "Žak-turs", "Ostić-prevoz", "Central", "Rojal-turs", and "Аldemo–turs".

The operators have been contracted for a five-year period - until May 31, 2013.
